WRIST FORCE RIG
This rig uses a S-type load cell to record forces exerted in the wrist during extension. The subjects arm sits in the white cylindrical cup with their hand sitting on the large bottom plate. During extension the subjects fingers will press upwards on the plate attached the bottom of the load cell. All heights of plates are adjustable for varying patient sizes.

It is primarily used to understand varying muscle control abilities in stroke rehabilitation patients.

In-experiment use
The rig is being used here with a tetraplegic subject. He has some wrist function, so we were able to record sEMG while measuring wrist force. Due to lack of arm movement, the rig was positioned backwards for easy access to load cell.
